Equipment Distribution Sample Clauses

The Equipment Distribution clause outlines how equipment will be allocated, delivered, or made available to parties under an agreement. Typically, it specifies the types of equipment involved, the schedule and method of distribution, and any responsibilities for transportation or installation. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of when and how equipment will be provided, reducing the risk of disputes or delays related to equipment delivery.

In such cases, the employee must carry the written permit issued by the Employer and the weapon must not be carried on public transportation.
