Equipment Limitations. 1) All towing equipment, recovery equipment and carrier ratings are based on structural factors only. Actual towing, carrying, and recovery capacity may be limited by the capacity of the chassis and the optional equipment selected.

Equipment Limitations. You acknowledge that the System may depend on communication networks and other conditions outside of our control to provide notifications, images, and other automation functions and that remote access and SMS and e-mail notifications are not 100% reliable and 100% available. If the Equipment includes an image sensor device that also is being used as a motion sensor, then you acknowledge that the motion sensor may not operate as designed and may be affected by conditions outside our control, which may cause the device to malfunction or provide false readings. If the Equipment includes home or business premises automation devices (such as thermostats, lighting controls and door locks), you acknowledge that (a) such devices may not work together with other equipment and services provided by our service providers, other Bell Parties, or third parties, and (b) you may be unable to control the devices using the other equipment or services.

Towing Limitations: (1) The total weight of the truck, including the lifted load, shall fall within the GVWR and not exceed either the front axle weight ratings (FAWR) or rear axle weight ratings (RAWR). (2) The truck must meet all applicable state and/or federal standards. (3) The front axle load must be at least 50% of its normal or unladen weight when in tow. (4) Any violation of this element may be cause for suspension.

Customer shall not allow the Equipment to be used for or filled with any: • hazardous, industrial, special, medical, or e-waste. • liquids including chemical products, herbicides and pesticides, solvents, antifreeze, or flammables. • oils, including motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hy- draulic oil/oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.). • paint (except completely dried latex paint cans – no liquids). • other unacceptable materials, such as radioactive material, aerosol cans, propane tanks, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, asbestos, animals, or barrels.

Equipment Limitations. A. Any machine equipment to be used for this project must be a forestry type mowing machine with suitable cutting devices such as a “hydroax”, “Fecon”, or other suitable cutting head mounted on a machine capable of negotiating forest terrain. All machines used for this project must be of at least 95hp. The Commission reserves the right to reject any piece of equipment that in its opinion will not safely and adequately complete the job. B. There are soils within the project area exhibiting hydric conditions and may result in soil rutting from the use of mechanized equipment. The contractor will be responsible for leveling and installing water bars where necessary as directed by the Field Contract Coordinator.
