SUBMERGED LANDS. All state-owned beds of navigable lakes, rivers, and streams between the natural of ordinary high water marks. (2-7-91) 011. -- 014. (RESERVED) 015. CASUAL EXPLORATION AND RECREATIONAL MINING.
SUBMERGED LANDS. 2.4.1 Subject to 2.4.5, Submerged Lands do not form part of Maa-nulth First Nation Lands and nothing in this Agreement affects British Columbia’s ownership of Submerged Lands.
2.4.2 British Columbia will notify a Maa-nulth First Nation of any proposed Disposition of an Interest in, or use or occupation of, Submerged Lands that are wholly contained within its Maa-nulth First Nation Lands.
2.4.3 British Columbia will not, in respect of Submerged Lands that are wholly contained within Maa-nulth First Nation Lands:
▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ an estate in fee simple;
▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ a lease that, with any rights of renewal, may exceed 25 years;
c. transfer administration and control for a period that may exceed 25 years; or
d. otherwise Dispose of an Interest in, or authorize the use or occupation of, Submerged Lands if that Disposition, use or occupation would adversely affect those Maa-nulth First Nation Lands or the applicable Maa-nulth First Nation’s interests described in this Agreement, without the consent of that Maa-nulth First Nation.
SUBMERGED LANDS. Submerged Lands do not form part of Lheidli T’enneh Lands.
SUBMERGED LANDS. 2.4.1 Subject to 2.4.5, Submerged Lands do not form part of Maa-nulth First Nation Lands and nothing in this Agreement affects British Columbia’s ownership of Submerged Lands.

SUBMERGED LANDS. Before the Final Agreement the Parties will negotiate and attempt to reach agreement on provisions with respect to the ownership of and jurisdiction over the Submerged Lands identified in Appendix B-3.
SUBMERGED LANDS. The Final Agreement will provide for the rights of Tsawwassen First Nation in respect of water lot tenures where available, on terms and conditions to be negotiated, and at minimal cost to Tsawwassen First Nation, over submerged lands fronting:
SUBMERGED LANDS. Upon conveyance of the Property to the Authority, the Authority will retain title to the Submerged Lands; provided, however, the Authority will grant to TICD a permit to enter the Submerged Lands to the extent necessary to construct the perimeter seismic stabilization of Treasure Island and other maritime-related improvements.
