Equipment Operation. A logbook or source document shall identify the operator, date of activity, work performed, number of miles charged to the Project, and contain a signature of the operator.
Equipment Operation. The Customer must not place any direct or indirect obstacles in front of the Equipment or Pre-Existing Equipment as such action will either partially or completely restrict the effectiveness of the Equipment or Pre-Existing Equipment.
Equipment Operation. The Equipment is authorized for use only for its ordinary purpose. Customer understands that the operation of the Equipment requires skill and experience and that failure to operate it safely may result in serious personal injury or death and/or property damage. Customer is responsible for ensuring that all persons in and around the Equipment follow the manufacturer's operation, maintenance, and safety instructions, and acknowledge that those instructions have been provided by Customer. Customer’s operation and use of the Equipment must comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations relating to the possession, use, or maintenance of the Equipment, including registration and/or licensing requirements, if any. Operating instructions and safety manuals will be located inside of the Equipment. If Customer is unable to locate operating instructions and safety manuals inside of the Equipment or if Customer has any questions or concerns regarding the safe operation of the Equipment, Customer must contact WSECO immediately.
Equipment Operation. The Westinghouse static excitation system includes a potential source static exciter with a digital voltage regulator for automatic control and an analog DC regulator for testing and backup. In the automatic mode the digital regulator controls generator terminal voltage by supplying a similar control signal to the firing circuits of the power amplifiers. The digital regulator can operate as either an AC terminal voltage regulator or DC field current regulator. This system is controlled manually by the analog DC regulator which sends a signal through the firing circuits to control the drawout power amplifiers of the static exciter. The power amplifiers are controlled by either the analog DC regulator signal or the digital regulator (WDR) signal. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Proprietary Information Page 3 AES IRONWOOD CONTRACT FINAL ISSUE - OCTOBER 30, 1998 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GENERAL DESCRIPTION The proposed excitation equipment features the Westinghouse type WDR digital voltage regulator with drawout power converter. The WDR digital regulator will be mounted in the logic cubicle. The logic cubicle will also include any analog protection circuits which will be supplied, the analog firing circuits, and the in service meter panel with test voltage source. The power converters will be supplied in a second adjacent cubicle. The power converter features a drawout design which allows ease of removal under load. The power converter cubicle is designed to accept future additions of power converters or to allow redundancy in the number of power converters supplied. The power cubicle features a forced air cooling system with a main fan and a backup spare fan. The fan control circuits including automatic transfer to backup fan are grouped together in one convenient location. The forced air cooling system features a fan assembly that can easily be removed or changed out under load. An auxiliary cubicle is adjacent to the power cubicle and includes the AC disconnect. The auxiliary cubicle is typically the primary location for power connections in and out of the static exciter voltage regulator lineup. SYSTEM FEATURE DESCRIPTION Digital Voltage Regulator Logic
Equipment Operation. The Lessee agrees that the vehicle(s) will be operated by a competent licensed driver, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and that the Lessee will pay all and any fines or sanctions levied or imposed in connection with the possession, use or operation of the vehicle(s), and to indemnify the Lessor in respect of any fines or levies. Equipment Maintenance The Lessee agrees to pay the cost of repairs and servicing of the vehicle occasioned by the equipment use, operation or possession by the Lessee, except for normal wear and tear.
Equipment Operation. Each driver shall:
1. Operate the signal lights when stopping the bus to load or unload passengers. This should be observed regardless of whether or not pupils are to cross the highway when leaving the bus.
2. Use strobe lights in all inclement weather and darkness.
3. Always operate the bus in gear. Stop the motor, set the parking brake, and remove key from ignition before leaving the bus.
4. Place the gear shift in neutral and set the parking brake when the bus has been brought to a stop to load or unload pupils.
5. Follow all state and federal laws pertaining to proper railroad crossing requirements.
6. Always drive at a safe speed.
7. Turn off ignition while waiting at school for students.
8. Personal use of cell phones by employees is restricted to emergency use only when the bus is parked with the “key off”.
Equipment Operation. Lessee agrees to maintain the equipment in same condition as when delivered to it by Lessor, and pay all claims and damages arising from defects therein, or from use of handling of equipment, whether from injuries to the person or property, and pay for all damages to equipment, during life of this contract, and return said property in as good condition as when received, and in a cleaned condition which includes removal of all dirt and debris, to the storage yard of Lessor, and pay all freight demurrage, storage, switching, drayage, track age or other charges against said equipment from the time the same shall leave the storage yard of said Lessor up to and including the time of its return to said storage yard, or other place of return agreed upon. Lessee shall immediately report any damage or failure of Equipment to Lessor. Lessee shall not remove, alter, disfigure or cover up any numbering, lettering, or insignia displayed upon the Equipment and warrants and agrees that the Equipment will not be subject to careless and needless rough usage; and he shall at his own expense maintain Equipment and its appurtenances in good repair and operating condition. Xxxxxx agrees not to compromise the integrity of any safety systems of the Equipment. Lessee shall not modify the equipment in any way. Equipment shall be used only within its rated capacity by safe, careful and competent personnel.
Equipment Operation. Lessee agrees to pay all costs incurred in the operation of the Equipment, including but not limited to, painting and cleaning, and to pay all taxes, assessments or other charges associated therewith.
Equipment Operation. The following persons may operate the equipment: Commission and Missouri Department of Transportation employees, contractors, and agents, in the course of such employee’s regular employment, and contractor employees during the course of performing work. Operators must be properly qualified to operate the equipment and have a valid operator’s license with respect to the equipment where required by law.
Equipment Operation. You are solely responsible for acquiring and maintaining all computer hardware and software, telephone, and other equipment, and all communications and other services needed for access to and use of the Service.
