Mobile Telephone. Executive shall have use of a wireless mobile telephone of his choice and the Company will be responsible for payment of all business usage charges and all usual operational and maintenance expenses associated with the use by Executive of such telephone.
Mobile Telephone. The Company will provide Executive with the exclusive use of a mobile (cellular and/or digital) telephone. Such use shall be reasonable in nature and will be predominately for business purposes.
Mobile Telephone. The Company will provide the Executive with a mobile telephone for the purpose of properly performing his duties. The Company will be responsible for all payment of all costs in connection with the telephone, including line rental charges, connection fees, and all charges. For the avoidance of doubt, the Executive is permitted to make reasonable use of the mobile telephone for personal purposes. The telephone will however remain the property of the Company at all times and the Company may demand the return of the telephone at any time if, in the opinion of the Company the Executive is making inappropriate use of the telephone.

Mobile Telephone. The Company will provide the Executive with a mobile telephone suitable for his duties and will be responsible for connection, rental and call costs (other than costs in connection with non-business telephone calls).

The Client shall only use the Mobile Services via a terminal that meets Belgian and European standards and is suited for the Network and services that the Client wishes to utilize. The Client can find recommendations in this regard on the website xxx.xxxxx.xxx, which offers useful information, by way of guidance only. Even if the Client’s terminal is suited to the Network, Fuzer does not guarantee that all of the terminal’s functions can be used.
