Equipment Operational Costs. GKF shall be responsible for all costs and expenses for the operation and use of the Equipment. Significant costs and expenses are enumerated in Exhibit 8.1. Between Hospital and GKF, Hospital shall be fully liable for all negligent, intentional or wrongful acts or omissions of Hospital, its officers, directors, employees and agents.
