The Equipment is and will remain our asset or that of our lessor, and will not become a fixture or realty. Certain Equipment may contain licensed internal code. We will identify this Equipment to you. No right, title, or interest in or to the Equipment, or licensed internal code associated with it, or any related planning information, is conveyed to you. However, we will use such Equipment to provide Services to you.
