Other than the warranties set forth in this Section 4C and the Product and Service Schedules in Section 9, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suppliers and Affiliates, and their Providers: (i) make no other express warranties; (ii) disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement; and
