Common use of Equity and Cash Incentive Plan Clause in Contracts

Equity and Cash Incentive Plan. To the extent approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board, the Executive may be granted annual equity or cash incentive awards pursuant to the Employers’ Equity and Cash Incentive Plan, which may be amended or terminated by the Employers at Employers’ discretion. Executive’s eligibility for equity or cash incentive awards shall be determined on a basis consistent with other named executive officers of the Company (as defined under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934).
