Common use of Equity-Based Compensation Clause in Contracts

Equity-Based Compensation. (a) During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be eligible to receive options to purchase common stock of the Company in addition to the options described on Appendix B at such exercise prices, schedules as to exercisability and other terms and conditions as determined in the sole discretion of the Board.

Equity-Based Compensation. (a) During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be eligible to receive options to purchase common stock of the Company in addition to being entitled to the options described on in Appendix B C at such exercise prices, schedules as to exercisability and other terms and conditions as determined in the sole discretion of the BoardBoard or its Compensation Committee under the Virgin Media Inc. 2006 Stock Incentive Plan or any successor plan.
