Stock Based Compensation. Executive will be eligible to participate in the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan and to be considered by the Compensation Committee for grants or awards of stock options or other stock-based compensation under the Company's Stock Incentive Plan or similar plans from time to time in effect. All such grants or awards shall be governed by the governing Plan and shall be evidenced by the Company's then standard form of stock option, restricted stock or other applicable agreement.
Stock Based Compensation. The Executive may receive stock-based compensation awards, with the amount of such awards granted and the terms and conditions thereof to be determined from time to time by and in the sole discretion of the Board (or any authorized committee thereof).
Stock Based Compensation. Employee shall be eligible for award grants from time to time consistent with the award grants made to similarly-situated officers of the Company as governed by the terms of the 1998 Employee Stock Incentive Plan, as may be amended, or any successor plan thereof (the “Stock Plan”), as determined in the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee.
Stock Based Compensation. (i) During the Term, the Executive will be eligible to be considered by the Compensation Committee for grants or awards of stock options or other stock-based compensation under the Company’s 2000 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended and restated on March 24, 2003 and as may hereafter be amended (the “Plan”) or similar plans as in effect from time to time. All grants or awards shall be governed by the relevant plan documents and requirements and shall be evidenced by the Company’s then-standard form of stock option, restricted stock or other applicable agreement.
Stock Based Compensation. Stock options or other stock-based compensation will be awarded to the Employee at the discretion of the Compensation Committee or the Board of Directors of Theragenics Corporation, and pursuant to the stock incentive plan, of the Company or Theragenics Corporation.
Stock Based Compensation. Stock options or other stock-based compensation will be awarded to the Executive at the discretion of the Board of Directors, or a committee thereof, and pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan(s). Furthermore, as detailed in the Appendix A to this Agreement, the Executive will be entitled to certain performance based stock grants.
Stock Based Compensation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, upon Executive’s termination from employment, any rights he has to stock based compensation shall be governed exclusively by the terms of the agreement related thereto and any related plan.
Stock Based Compensation. The Executive will be eligible to participate in PolyMedica’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan and to be considered by the Compensation Committee for grants or awards of stock options or other stock-based compensation under PolyMedica’s 2000 Stock Incentive Plan or similar plans as in effect from time to time. All such grants or awards shall be governed by the relevant plan documents and requirements and shall be evidenced by PolyMedica’s then-standard form of stock option, restricted stock or other applicable agreement.
Stock Based Compensation. The Executive will be eligible to participate in the Bank’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan and to be considered by the Board for grants or awards of stock options or other stock-based compensation under any stock-based incentive plans that the Bank elects to implement. All such grants or awards shall be governed by the relevant plan documents and requirements and shall be evidenced by the Bank’s then-standard form of stock option, restricted stock or other applicable agreement.
Stock Based Compensation. The Executive shall be eligible for recommendation to the Compensation Committee or other committee of the Board administering the Third Amended and Restated Revlon, Inc. Stock Plan or any plan that may replace it, as from time to time in effect, to receive an award of stock options, restricted shares or other awards during the Term, at levels, on terms, and at such times as are generally applicable to other senior executives of the Executive’s level, in accordance with the Company’s long-term stock incentive program as in effect from time to time, provided that the Executive must be actively employed on the date of such grant.
