Common use of Equity-Based Compensation Clause in Contracts

Equity-Based Compensation. Executive shall be entitled to participate in all equity-based compensation plans offered by Employer and as determined by the Committee. Executive understand that as of the date of this Agreement, the only equity-based plan offered by Employer is the Incentive Share Option Plan.

Equity-Based Compensation. Executive shall be entitled to participate in all equity-based compensation plans programs offered by Employer and as determined Company in accordance with the terms of any equity-based plans that may be adopted by the CommitteeCompany. Executive understand understands that as of the date of this Agreement, the Company’s only equity-based plan offered by Employer is the 2007 Stock Incentive Share Option Plan (the “Plan”).
