Common use of Equity Incentive Award Clause in Contracts

Equity Incentive Award. Executive shall receive Fourteen Million (14,000,000) common shares in the Company as a combination of option grants and share grants, pursuant to separate stock and option grant agreements to be executed within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date.

Equity Incentive Award. Executive shall receive Fourteen Seven Million (14,000,0007,000,000) common shares in the Company as a combination of option grants and share grants, pursuant to separate stock and option grant agreements to be executed within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date.

Equity Incentive Award. Executive shall receive Fourteen Ten Million (14,000,00010,000,000) common shares in the Company as a combination of option grants and share grants, pursuant to separate stock and option grant agreements to be executed within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date.

Equity Incentive Award. Executive shall receive Fourteen Twenty Five Million (14,000,00025,000,000) common shares in the Company as a combination of option grants and share grants, pursuant to separate stock and option grant agreements to be executed within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date.
