Common use of Equity Incentive Compensation Clause in Contracts

Equity Incentive Compensation. During the term of employment hereunder the Executive shall be eligible to participate, in the manner and to the extent approved by the Board or the Compensation Committee, in any equity-based incentive compensation plan or program approved by the Board from time to time, including (but not by way of limitation) any plan providing for the granting of (a) options to purchase stock of the Corporation, (b) restricted stock of the Corporation or (c) similar equity-based units or interests, with awards to the Executive that are of appropriate size and nature relative to those for other senior executives and the individual performance of the Executive.
