Common use of Equity Interest Clause in Contracts

Equity Interest. (a) with respect to a corporation, any and all shares of capital stock and any Commitments with respect thereto, (b) with respect to a partnership, limited liability company, trust or similar Person, any and all units, interests or other partnership, limited liability company, trust or similar interests, and any Commitments with respect thereto, and (c) any other direct or indirect equity ownership or participation in a Person (including any incentive distribution rights).

Equity Interest. Any and all shares, partnership or member interests, participations or other equivalents (ahowever designated) with respect to of capital stock of a corporation, corporation and any and all shares of capital stock equivalent ownership interests in a Person which is not a corporation and any Commitments with respect thereto, (b) with respect to a partnership, limited liability company, trust or similar Person, any and all unitswarrants, interests options or other partnership, limited liability company, trust or similar interests, and rights to purchase any Commitments with respect thereto, and (c) any other direct or indirect equity ownership or participation in a Person (including any incentive distribution rights)of the foregoing.
