Equity Interests of Subsidiaries. Not permit any Loan Parties (excluding Holdings) or any of their Subsidiaries to issue any additional Equity Interests, except to a Loan Party or other Subsidiary of a Loan Party and except for director’s qualifying Equity Interests to the extent required under applicable law.
