Common use of Equity Pledges Clause in Contracts

Equity Pledges. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, (a) REIT will not create or incur or suffer to be created or incurred any Lien on any of its direct or indirect legal, equitable or beneficial interest in Borrower, including, without limitation, any Distributions or rights to Distributions on account thereof, and (b) neither Borrower nor any other Subsidiary will create or incur or suffer to be created or incurred any Lien on any of its direct or indirect legal, equitable and beneficial interest in any other Subsidiary Guarantor, including, without limitation, any Distributions or right to receive Distributions on account thereof.
