Erie East Ring Bus Project. o Company will procure and install remote compliant RE43 switches for breakers X000, X000, xxx X000 xx Xxxxx Xxxxxx Station to operate the breakers multiple times to support Customer's operational needs for the Customer Substation Reconfiguration Project. o Company will procure and install a signal booster for the cellular service at the South Xxxxxx Station required by the EMS for the initial protection system modifications completed to accommodate the Customer Substation Reconfiguration Project. For the avoidance of doubt, the Phase 1 work described above comprises the only “Company Work” under this Agreement and Customer is responsible for all Company Reimbursable Costs of this Phase 1 work.
