Common use of ERRATA Clause in Contracts

ERRATA. The Parties acknowledge that the Purchase Agreement and Exhibits thereto, including the Purchase Note, the Intercreditor and Subordination Agreement with the Senior Lender and the share certificate representing the Holdings Purchase Shares (collectively, the “Purchase Documents”) all referred to Eggluftstein as the “Eggluftstein Trust” when it should have been designated as the “Eggluftstein Sub Trust.” Accordingly, all Parties hereto do hereby agree that all references in this Agrteement and in all of Purchase Documents to “Eggluftstein” or “Eggluftstein Trust” shall be and is hereby amended to mean the “Eggluftstein Sub Trust.”
