Erroneous Financial Information. Immediately in the event that Parent or its accountants conclude or advise that any previously issued financial statement, audit report or interim review should no longer be relied upon or that disclosure should be made or action should be taken to prevent future reliance, notice in writing setting forth the details thereof and the action which Parent proposes to take with respect thereto.
