Error and deficiencies. In the event of errors and deficiencies in the Product, the Customer is obligated to notify Aritma without undue delay after the Customer becomes aware of the error or defect. Aritma reserves the right to rectify these free of charge and shall rectify these within a reasonable time after being notified of the error or defect.
