Customer’s Responsibility. The policies in this document apply to the use of Data by Customers, Redistributors and their End Customers. Customers are responsible for compliance with this policy by all members of the Customer’s Group and by all persons to whom they distribute Data where authorised to do so. Turquoise recommends that Customers make this Schedule available to all Subscribers to their services having access to Data which is subject to Charges, reporting requirements or usage restrictions.

Customer’s Responsibility. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Exhibit B, Customer understands and acknowledges that Customer is solely responsible for implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures for all systems within Customer’s control.

Customer’s Responsibility. (A) Customer shall give Instructions to Adobe as agreed by the Parties in the License Agreement, or through its use of the Adobe Cloud Services. (B) If Customer becomes aware of any breaches of, or other irregularities with, the requirements of applicable Data Protection Laws, if required by applicable Data Protection Laws, Customer shall promptly notify and provide Adobe with Instructions detailing the Processing activities that Adobe must take to ensure the protection of Personal Data, or avoid non-compliance with applicable Data Protection Laws.
Customer’s Responsibility. If SABINE accepts delivery of a Cargo of Off-Spec LNG which it would otherwise be entitled to reject, Customer shall: (i) bear the financial responsibility for all reasonable and actual incremental costs (other than capital costs) and Liabilities incurred by SABINE or any of SABINE’s Affiliates, in each case acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator, in connection with receiving and treating Off-Spec LNG by such means as are appropriate, including mixing such Off-Spec LNG with lower calorific value Gas or injecting nitrogen if facilities to allow for such mixing or injection presently exist at the Sabine Pass Facility; and (ii) indemnify and hold harmless SABINE, its Affiliates and their respective directors, officers and employees from any and all Liabilities, including any of same attributable to claims of any Person and any Other Customers, which arise out of, are incident to, or result from the acceptance, handling, disposal or use of Off-Spec LNG.

Customer’s Responsibility. Customer manages each user’s access to and use of the Services by assigning to each user a credential and user type that controls the level of access to and use of the Services. Customer is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of its own and each user’s login and password and managing each user’s access to the Services.
