ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS IN DRAWINGS AND Clause Samples

The "Errors and Corrections in Drawings" clause establishes the process for identifying and rectifying mistakes or omissions in project drawings. Typically, it outlines the responsibilities of the parties involved—such as the contractor or architect—to promptly notify each other of any discovered errors and to provide corrected drawings or instructions. For example, if a construction drawing contains a measurement error, the clause would dictate how and when the correction should be communicated and implemented. This clause ensures that errors are addressed efficiently, minimizing delays and misunderstandings, and helps maintain the accuracy and integrity of the project documentation.
