Errors and Inquiries. You should review your statements carefully and notify the Manager of the Office servicing your account of anything you believe to be incorrect or contact Stifel at the home office ad- dress stated in the Notices and Communications section of this document. Any verbal communications should be re-confirmed in writing to protect your rights, including rights under SIPA. All statements furnished to you, with respect to securities and margin transactions, shall be considered accurate, complete, and acknowledged by you unless you report any inaccuracies to the Manager. Instructions and inquiries should be directed to your Financial Advisor. When making inquiries, please men- tion your account number.
