Errors and Omissions Policies. Buyer shall use its Best Efforts to cause the Acquired Companies to maintain the errors and omissions policies of the Acquired Companies in effect as the date of this Agreement, or, in the event that any of such errors and omissions policies are cancelled, Buyer shall cause the Acquired Companies to purchase tail coverage per the terms of such policies. * * * * *
