Errors and Requests for Additional Information. In the opinion of the District, this IFB is complete and without need of explanation: If a Xxxxxx discovers any ambiguity, conflict, discrepancy, omission or other error in this IFB, he/she shall immediately notify the District of such error in writing addressed to the contact person listed on the cover page and request modification or clarification of this document. Bidders that may have questions, or need any clarifying information or additional information, should submit in writing via email to the contact person listed on the cover sheet of this IFB. Bidders must submit questions by the date and time specified in the Tentative Schedule (see Part II β General Information). Modifications will be made in writing by way of an addendum issued pursuant to paragraph 3 below.
