Errors in Supported Software. All Error(s) discovered by Customer within Supported Software must be properly reported to ImageSoft in accordance with Section 6 b) of this SMA. ImageSoft shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to correct any properly reported Error(s) in the Supported Software that are mutually confirmed by ImageSoft and Product Vendor, in the exercise of their commercially reasonable judgment.
