Common use of Errors, Omissions or Inconsistencies Clause in Contracts

Errors, Omissions or Inconsistencies. Contractor shall not take advantage of any manifestly unintentional error, omission, or inconsistency, should such exist. Should any error, omission, or inconsistency appear in the Specifications or in the Drawings, Contractor, before proceeding with the Work, shall call Owner's or Owner’s Representative’s attention to same for proper determination, and in no case shall Contractor proceed with the Work until such determination is received from Owner or Owner’s Representative.
