Common use of Escalation and Application of Credit Memoranda Clause in Contracts

Escalation and Application of Credit Memoranda. The various credit memoranda described herein will be subject to escalation per the specific terms stated above for each credit memoranda, and will escalate per the terms and conditions of Supplemental Exhibit AE1, Escalation Adjustment/Airframe and Optional Features, subject to the [*] terms and conditions described in letter agreement no. 6-1 162-DME-0905R1, [*]. The credit memoranda to be provided under this Letter Agreement may be used by Customer for the purchase of Boeing goods and services or may be applied toward the purchase price of the Aircraft, but may not be used for the payment of advance payments for any Aircraft, [*].
