Escalation Holiday Sample Clauses

Escalation Holiday. Notwithstanding anything to the ------------------ contrary contained in this Lease, Tenant shall not be required to pay any portion of the increases in Fixed Rent pursuant to Article 23, with respect to the period (the "Escalation Holiday Period") from the Rent Commencement Date to and including the date three hundred sixty-five (365) days next following the Rent Commencement Date but during such period of three hundred sixty-five (365) days Tenant shall otherwise be required to comply with all of the other terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease on Tenant's part to be observed and performed including, but not limited to Section 1.03.
