ESCALATION PROCEDURE AND EXPERT DETERMINATION. 26.1 All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall first be referred to one of the relevant Client contacts and CSI contacts who shall discuss and attempt to resolve such dispute as soon as reasonably practicable and, in any event, within three Working Days.
