Escalations. 12.3.12.1 CenturyLink will provide trouble escalation procedures to CLEC. Such procedures will be substantially the same type and quality as CenturyLink employs for itself, its End User Customers, its Affiliates, or any other party. CenturyLink escalations are manual processes.
