Common use of Escrow Agent Compensation Clause in Contracts

Escrow Agent Compensation. The Leasing Company shall pay to the Escrow Agent such compensation for services to be performed by it under this Agreement as the Leasing Company and the Escrow Agent may agree in writing from time to time. The Escrow Agent shall be paid any compensation owed to it directly by the Leasing Company and shall not disburse from the Leasing Company Escrow Account any such amounts. The Leasing Company shall reimburse the Escrow Agent upon request for all reasonable expenses, disbursements, and advances incurred or made by the Escrow Agent in implementing any of the provisions of this Agreement, including compensation and the reasonable expenses and disbursements of its counsel. The Escrow Agent shall be paid any such expenses owed to it directly by the Leasing Company and shall not disburse from the Leasing Company Escrow Account any such amounts. The provisions of this Section 2(d) shall survive termination of this Agreement.
