Common use of Escrow Agent’s Compensation Clause in Contracts

Escrow Agent’s Compensation. Xxxxxx hereby agrees to pay the Escrow Agent $500, which may be payable from the earnings on the Escrow Fund, as total compensation for the services to be rendered hereunder.
