Common use of Escrow Costs Clause in Contracts

Escrow Costs. The Escrow Agent shall be entitled to be paid a fee for its services pursuant to the attached Schedule of Fees and to be reimbursed for its reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with maintaining the Escrow Account hereunder, which fees, costs and expenses shall be paid fifty percent (50%) by Buyer and fifty percent (50%) by the Receiver.

Escrow Costs.
