Common use of Escrow Fees Clause in Contracts

Escrow Fees. The Company hereby agrees to pay the Escrow Agent an advance payment for ordinary services rendered hereunder in the amount of $1,000.00 (the "Escrow Fee"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, no fee paid under this Agreement shall exceed the amount of interest on the Escrow Account and shall be paid from interest only and not from principal.
