Escrow Payment Obligation. Where the Servicer is responsible for the collection of Escrow Funds with respect to a Mortgage Loan, the Servicer shall promptly pay all bills for any Escrow Items in such a manner as to avoid late charges or penalties and to take advantage of any available discount.
