Payment Obligation. The RTOs each assume responsibility for ensuring that their respective payment obligations resulting from the M2M coordination process set forth in Schedule D to this Agreement are satisfied without regard for their ability to collect such payments from their respective customers.
Payment Obligation. (a) The Subscriber shall bear the obligation to pay the Service Fee to SORACOM from the day when SORACOM starts to provide the Subscriber with the telecommunication channel pursuant to this Agreement.
(b) In the case that the Subscriber receives any additional service from SORACOM, the Subscriber shall bear the obligation to pay the fee to SORACOM pursuant to Schedule 1 from the day when SORACOM starts to provide the Subscriber with such additional service.
(c) After SORACOM commences providing the Subscriber with the telecommunication channel pursuant to this Agreement, even if the Subscriber cannot use the SORACOM Air Global Service, or does not use the SORACOM Air Global Service according to Section 5.3, 5.4, or 5.1(c), the Subscriber shall bear the obligation to pay the basic fee and additional function fee to SORACOM.
Payment Obligation. Amounts payable under this Agreement are due and payable within thirty (30) Days after the date of invoice (“Payment Due Date”). If the Payment Due Date falls on a Sunday or on a holiday which is observed on a Monday, the payment date will be the first non-holiday day following such Sunday or holiday. If such a payment date falls on a Saturday or on a holiday which is observed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, the payment date shall be the last non-holiday day preceding such Saturday or holiday. For invoices distributed electronically, the date of the invoice date is the same as if the invoice were billed on paper, not the date the electronic delivery occurs. If CLEC fails to make payment on or before the Payment Due Date, Qwest may invoke all available rights and remedies.
Payment Obligation. (a) The Subscriber shall bear the obligation to pay the Service Fee to SORACOM from the day when SORACOM starts to provide the Subscriber with the telecommunication channel pursuant to this Agreement.
(b) In the case that the Subscriber receives any additional service from SORACOM, the Subscriber shall bear the obligation to pay the fee to SORACOM pursuant to Schedule 1 from the day when SORACOM starts to provide the Subscriber with such additional service.
(c) After SORACOM commences providing the Subscriber with the telecommunication channel pursuant to this Agreement, even if the Subscriber cannot use the SORACOM Logging Service, or does not use the SORACOM Logging Service according to Section 5.2, or 5.1(c), the Subscriber shall bear the obligation to pay the basic fee (including universal service fee) and additional function fee to SORACOM.
Payment Obligation. Subject to clause 12.15 and to any other right to set‑off which the Commonwealth may have, the Commonwealth will pay the Contractor: the Contract Price; and any other amounts which are payable by the Commonwealth to the Contractor under the Contract.
Payment Obligation. Your payment obligation under your Credit Card Account is set forth in Sec. 2 and 5 above in the Credit Card Agreement.
Payment Obligation. The undersigned agrees to: (A) assume full, legal obligation for payment according to the terms of this Contract; (B) pay late fees in the amount of $ 25 if not paid within 5 days of the due date and interest at _18 % per annum on any past due (unpaid after 30 days of the date due) accounts; and (C) pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorney’s fees. Payment Obligation. In addition to the Basic Rent specified in this Lease, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the Additional Rent in monthly installments as hereinafter provided. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to provide Tenant with written notice of Tenant’s estimated Additional Rent for the next calendar year and the amount of the monthly installment of Additional Rent due for such year by December 15 of each calendar year or as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible. Landlord shall have the right to increase Tenant’s estimated Additional Rent during any calendar year if Landlord reasonably believes Operating Expenses or Taxes have increased (or are likely to increase) during such year. Beginning on the Commencement Date and continuing on the first day of each month thereafter, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the applicable monthly installment of Additional Rent, without demand, offset or deduction, provided, however, if the applicable installment covers a partial month, then such installment shall be prorated on a daily basis. (a) This subparagraph (a) applies to each calendar year during which Additional Rent is owing except for the calendar year in which the Expiration Date or termination date of this Lease occurs. Within ninety (90) days after the end of each calendar year or as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible, Landlord shall prepare and deliver to Tenant a statement showing Tenant’s actual Additional Rent for the applicable calendar year. If Tenant’s total monthly payments of estimated Additional Rent for the applicable year are less than Tenant’s actual Additional Rent, then Tenant shall pay to Landlord the amount of such underpayment. If Tenant’s total monthly payments of estimated Additional Rent for the applicable year are more than Tenant’s actual Additional Rent, then Landlord shall pay such amount to Tenant or, at Landlord’s option, credit against the next Additional Rent payment or payments due from Tenant the amount of such overpayment. This provision shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease with respect to the calendar year in which the Expiration Date or termination date occurs.
(b) Within ninety (90) days after the Expiration Date or termination date of this Lease or as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible, Landlord shall prepare and deliver to Tenant a statement (the “Final Additional Rent Statement”) showing Tenant’s actual Additional Rent...
Payment Obligation. Amounts payable under this Agreement are due and payable within thirty (30) calendar Days after the date of invoice (payment due date). If the payment due date is a Saturday, the payment shall be due on the previous Friday; if the payment due date is otherwise not a business day, the payment shall be due the next business day. Invoices shall be sent electronically, and shall bear the date on which they are sent, except that invoices sent on a day other than a business day shall be dated on the next business day.
Payment Obligation. In addition to the Base Rent specified in this Lease, Tenant shall pay to Landlord as additional rent for the Premises, in each calendar year or partial calendar year, during the term of this Lease, an amount equal to the Annual Rental Adjustment for such calendar year.
