ESP’s Right to Respond. If the ESP disagrees with the evaluation, he/she may submit a written response which shall be attached to the file copy of the evaluation in question. Such response by the ESP shall be made within 20 days of the conference. The response shall be signed by both the ESP and the principal and filed in the ESP’s personnel file with a copy provided to the ESP.
