Common use of Essential Conditions Clause in Contracts

Essential Conditions. Due in part to the nature of the work DP is to perform, it is understood that the times for commencing and completing the DP’s Professional Services as specified herein are ESSENTIAL CONDITIONS of this DP Agreement.
