ESSENTIAL NATURE OF. ARTICLE 4. It is acknowledged, understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto that the covenants made by Executive in Section 4.1 are essential elements of this Agreement and that, but for the agreement of the Executive to comply with such covenants, Company would not have entered into this Agreement.
