Essential Obligation. 1. Confidential Information must be held in confidence and disclosed only to those employees or agents whose duties reasonably require access to such information. Recipient must protect the Owner’s Confidential Information using at least the same degree of care, but no less than a reasonable degree of care, to prevent the unauthorized use, disclosure or duplication (except as required for backup systems) of such Confidential Information as Recipient uses to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature.
