Essentiality. During the term of this Lease Agreement and any Schedule, the Product will be used solely for the purpose of performing one or more governmental or proprietary functions consistent with the permissible scope of your authority. You represent and warrant that the use of the Product is essential to performing such governmental or proprietary functions.
