Essentiality. During the term of this Agreement, the Licensed Software will be used solely for the purpose of performing one or more governmental or proprietary functions consistent with the permissible scope of your authority. You represent and warrant that the use of the Licensed Software is essential to performing such governmental or proprietary functions.
