  • Establishment of Accounts The Escrow Agent hereby instructs the Depositary, and the Depositary agrees, to establish the separate deposit accounts listed on Schedule I hereto and to establish such additional separate deposit accounts as may be required in connection with the deposits contemplated by Section 2.4 hereof (each, an “Account” and collectively, the “Accounts”), each in the name of the Escrow Agent and all on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  • Establishment of Account (a) The Fund hereby appoints the Custodian as the custodian of all Securities and cash at any time delivered to the Custodian to be held under this Agreement. For example, if an authorized user of a linked account accesses the Service, that authorized user will be able to view and access at a single time the following accounts: • the accounts of the business for which that person is an authorized user; • the accounts of any other business for which that person is an authorized user; and • any consumer accounts for which the person is a co-owner or authorized signer.

  • Establishment of Funds There are established with the Fiscal Agent the following funds and accounts:

  • PJM E-Accounts Buyer and Seller shall work with PJM to establish any PJM E-Accounts necessary for Seller to provide Full Requirements Service. If a Preexisting Individual Account is a High Value Account as of December 31, 2013, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must complete the enhanced review procedures described in paragraph D of this section with respect to such account by December 31, 2014. If based on this review, such account is identified as a U.S. Reportable Account, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must report the required information about such account with respect to 2013 and 2014 in the first report on the Account. For all subsequent years, information about the account should be reported on an annual basis.
