Common use of Establishment and Revision of Classification Clause in Contracts

Establishment and Revision of Classification. The District may from time to time during the year establish new and/or revise existing Field classifications and/or wage rates due to changes in operations or requirements as determined by the District in accordance with the Meet and Confer Process as provided in the Government Code of the State of California.
