Common use of Establishment Closing Clause in Contracts

Establishment Closing. Upon termination of this Agreement or Xxxxxxxx’s participation in the Program, Merchant will cease all use of, and remove American Express Licensed Marks from the Merchant's website and wherever else they are displayed.
