Establishment Of A Scientific Committee. CELGENE agrees to conduct and fund a development program designed to obtain approval to market PRODUCTS, in accordance with its obligations under Section 3.1(a)(i) and 3.1(b) of this Agreement (the "PROGRAM"). To ensure the continued participation of ENTREMED in these development activities, the PROGRAM will be monitored by a Scientific Committee as described herein (the "COMMITTEE").
