Establishment of Collection Account; Deposits in Collection Account. The Servicer shall segregate and hold all funds collected and received pursuant to each Mortgage Loan separate and apart from any of its own funds and general assets and shall establish and maintain one or more Collection Accounts, in the form of time deposit or demand accounts. The creation of any Collection Account shall be evidenced by a certification in the form of Exhibit 5.04-1 attached hereto, in the case of an account established with the Servicer, or a letter agreement in the form of Exhibit 5.04-2 attached hereto, in the case of an account held by a depository other than the Servicer. In either case, a copy of such certification or letter agreement shall be furnished to the Purchaser. The Servicer shall deposit in the Collection Account on a daily basis, within two Business Days after receipt (or as otherwise required pursuant to this Agreement in the case of clauses (8), (9), (10) and (11) of this Section 5.04) and retain therein the following payments and collections received or made by it subsequent to each Funding Date, or received by it prior to the Funding Date but allocable to a period subsequent thereto, other than in respect of principal and interest on the Mortgage Loans due on or before the Funding Date:
