Establishment of Default Exclusion Zone. The Lessee must ensure that a 200- meter default exclusion zone for all cetaceans, pinnipeds, and sea turtles will be monitored by a protected species observer around any vessel conducting geotechnical surveys.

Establishment of Default Exclusion Zone. The Lessee must ensure a 500 m (1640 ft) default exclusion zone for cetaceans, pinnipeds, smalltooth sawfish and sea turtles.
